I mean yeah, I think anyone would be retarded to tell any male to seriously try making it a career from scratch. Theres not a large audience of people interested in new males just for the sake of being new. If you are a good streamer it is easier to market yourself if you have actual content and streams under your belt.

Its not exactly good advice for females either, but its a lot easier to make some actual cash doing it. (or at least pay your model off within a reasonable amount of time) And there are plenty of dudes looking to find the next new girl that they can say they supported from the first stream. It actually makes some sense to put in a lot of effort and market yourself before you stream and have a proper model/assets from the start to maximize that first stream buff.

Anyways, I think it does make a lot more sense for females to meticulously plan before streaming. Its kind of wasted on males. not saying males shouldn't get to these things eventually. Having a half ass model and ass assets is unacceptable ngmi behavior desu

This is surprisingly hard to do actually. Ive done similar stuff in the past. Lots of people made their accounts years before they started streaming. Many people streamed for years before posting in asp. Most people don't archive their streams at all.

As an "oldfag", I'll give my 2 cents on the Gen situation:

>Haru and GClef fall in some weird middle ground, but for the sake of everyone, they should be considered Gen 4.

We are approaching July and I think we should probably count that as the beginning of Gen 7.
However Gen 6 feels kinda small compared to Gen 5, because again there haven't been too many stand outs. So if we follow the pattern, Gen 7 and the summer might bring in some interesting people.

I think dividing the year in 2 halves: 202X-I and 202X-II during July is probably the best way to set ends and starts for Gens.
