100% this. Even here you can see a lot of people saying that Elira ruined Riku's apology, when in reality, everything was organized by management. The talents share some of the blame for agreeing to participate in the hit piece and the harassment, but at the end of the day, management created, encouraged, and ignored the environment that allowed this kind of behavior to happen.

And this is not an issue exclusive to NijiEN, JP has also had its share of harassment-related dramas, but you don't hear much about it because everyone is scared of Anycolor suing them into oblivion.
