Also today I end the training of the light combo. since it was relatively easy I also practiced some Ashura meaties. Now I according to the neurological calendar I should go back to practice the heavy/ killer one intensively for one day.
For this, I will do a special practice: Eyes closed only. This so I also learn to follow the auditory imput , which should double the effectiveness of the neuronal path. I did tried a bit during the week and I did struggle, lets see the results after I try for an entire day. Being able to pull it off consistently with my eyes closes is not important, the important part is to also learn how to use the audio as an aid.
There is also more benefits to this type of training: doing it with your eyes closed forces you to see it with your "minds eye", which not only increases your concentration, but also will make stronger the IMAGINARY TECHNIQUE that i brought up on day 13.

I realized today that part of Jamie is that in every interaction you have to choose between oki or drinking. Drinking gives you more damage and tools for opening people up but it's basically a neutral reset.

I think my heavy button broke for over training the combo I was doing. Its just the heavy one. I wonder if I can repair it if I buy broken ones.

Also today marks the end of my heavy combo training. I can effectively do it with my eyes closed. I still drop it in real fights anyway but that one has to be worked out on the street.

Now begins phase b: actual fighting. I been on training mode almost exclusive. I need to pull these things im practicing in real fights, and use the real fights to see where Im making mistakes, and replay those mistakes on the training room until I get them right to overwrite the instinct.
Also for rewriting IMAGINARY TECHNIQUE seems to work pretty well, since its basically just reminding me over and over to not make the mistake.

For example: I usually just did shoryuken on DI wall splat, maybe level 3 together with that if I was feeling murderous. Now I have an actual combo to do there, but I keep defaulting to the bitch way out. Mental training feels like just telling myself I should be doing this instead of that and that is somewhat feels better than trying to practice a combo in my head.
