Like >>78063879 said, get some clips made or use the ones you already have that are decent enough to post on some social media platforms like Tiktok and YT. There are people that trim down and edit your under-30 second clips for a few dollars on VGen, maybe look into that if you can't do it yourself. CapCut makes things very easy if you want to get into editing.

Let me try to give you some things that are repeated from time to time /here/:
Firstly, try always to do something that you enjoy, people like it when they can watch stuff that they already know they will have a good time doing, therefore it should be one of your main priorities to find things to do related to your main interests and capacities, so that you can provide people with content worthwhile consuming based purely on the "pleasure factor" born either from you having a blast, or from your high proficiency in the piece of entertainment you are trying to provide to others.
Secondly, network and spread yourself around as many places as you can while creating longlasting social connections with other chuubas, the objective is to make friends and to create that big pile of people that will always support you, and do so even if you yourself don't stream, because by doing this you will also ensure slowly to gain more traction based on the fact that your name gets known around multiple communities, one guy tells about you to his circle of friends, this ends up making you be checked by other vtubers from said circle, and when some of those find you interesting they drop a follow and create a reminder in their minds about visiting you when you are streaming, all of this in order to keep meeting new people from their end, while ensuring on yours the utter pleasure born out of knowing that new potential partners in the hobby appear.
Thirdly, consistency, try the best that you can to be consistent, start small if it's needed, but make sure that people can recognize your way of streaming by having certainty over WHEN is it that you do go live, do not base yourself solely on guerrillas, do not announce only at the last minute when you are going live, and do not do a thousand different games per stream trying to find something worth your time as this will also asphyxiate those who are just giving you a try and can't even relay on what you are doing to keep their interest up. The more consistent you become the better, the more you can do longer hours also will be a plus, and all of those things that you end up putting your efforts into will ensure that you get to be discovered by more due to the "they are realiably going live X day and for Y hours"

The idea that programming was menial and tedious is a holdover from the days of punch cards but programming as a field by the early 20th century was just as much about problem solving as hardware engineering was.
