To network outside of asp is easy.
Raid vtubers that are within your viewcounts and tweet at them and DM them if you like their content. Slowly over time you'll find people you'll enjoy being with and that expands your network.

This advice is for everyone here too btw, dont just focus on being with just aspies after the first few months, branch out and meet new people and bring them into the aspie network. If everyone met a few new people who have no clue who the aspies are, they'll bring in new viewers that will spread and watch everyone else over time.
