That motherfucker had the attention of the entire world to the point that even on /vt/ you randomly see him mentioned, he had a strong diss against a better rapper and he lost, no shame in that, all he had to do was own the loss and drop some fire follow-up tracks to capitalise on the attention. He could have easily gotten some strong features and used that as lead up to a big album release. But what did he do instead? He pretended he won and released one of the worst mixtapes I've ever heard. World in his hands and he fumbled the football so hard he had to switch genres just to avoid being forgotten entirely. You'd be surprised how many rappers there are who'll do a feature for cheap. Tech N9ne for example is very highly regarded in Hip Hop (for instance, when he asked Eminem to do a feature for him Em gave the verse for free just because it was Tech) and yet he does collabs with random 2view youtube rappers if they can meet his price. The bigger issue is that Mori is a novelty rapper with a primarily Japanese audience, so if she were to shell out for something like that her fans wouldn't care (and might actively be put off) and she wouldn't win over anyone either, it'd just be a vanity project for her to say she did it and for the world to collectively shrug in response.
