Yes and no. At least in EU you have to have a health checkup at most places to give you an OK to work. The "issue" would arise when you take days off work for medical issues. Then you need a doctors notice, which has to outline what the issue is, and have it be noted, because that way the workplace can get kickbacks and you still get paid. So sure, upfront they don't get your medical history, but if its something bad enough to skip out of work then they will get to know sooner or later. I assume most countries with socialized healthcare have similar requirements.

Not only that but multiple, if not every, ex-nijisanji talents have been very vocal about being mistreated by the company in multiple ways, including payment and opportunitywise. All this and there is still no change at Nijisanji. They have not apologized to the person who tried to kill herself, nor did Elira do anything to change her ways or apologize. On the contrary, they told their viewers to "stop looking for the truth" and have since not stopped harassing the girl who tried to kill herself in multiple ways including scheduling streams purposefully at the same time.

no kidding, I know that some people who don't have access to stimulants (due to cost or availability) self-medicate with weed but all it does is slow their thoughts down so they don't go nuts being constantly distracted, it doesn't make them able to focus on things which is the point of the stimulant, it makes it even harder. I don't see why not. The legality in the country of origin shouldn't really matter, all that matters is if it's legal in the country in question. The purpose of the prescription is to ensure its the medical opinion of a trained professional that they should have it. So it should be fine so long as the doctor is from a place that adheres to whatever international standards I assume exist to make sure a country isn't just producing quacks to abuse the system.
