No, its pointless. 99.9% of the time they wont see your chats anyway, so how is it any better than a vod? When you watch live you can't go get a snack or take a piss, you have to stay glued there for 2-5 hours (depending on what type of stream it is, I'm thinking story-based game types.) I'd much rather be able to pause at my leisure. Plus I can skip any technical difficulties or boring shit. VOD gang is far superior in every way.

This is only true for the bigger Holos and twitch streamers. As soon as you get into ~3 Finana territory, the chubba will see your chats and start to recognize you. I'll gladly sacrifice an hour or two every night to hear my oshi snort at one of my lame jokes.

that's a good point, if you find a nice 2 or 3 view they still notice you and reply a lot. I love watching Lottie live sometimes for this reason, she has great cute reactions. Sadly most of the chuubas I watch chat go brrrrrrrrrrr
