Even hololive had underage talents a few years ago. There isn't actually anything illegal about it, and the drinking on stream while underage wouldn't have gotten out. Plus, monoe just doesn't sound like she is actually that young, her voice or her maturity.
The drug angle is far more likely.
A severe breach of contract is basically something which isn't rectifiable, i.e. it's not just money issues which people can work out a deal for. It's gotta be one of those clauses about harming the reputation of the company etc etc, which a drug offense would count as.

Another possibility is they found out she's a member of an organized crime syndicate e.g. yakuza, but that seems quite far-fetched.

With the way Pika phrased it as "Please support her no matter where she goes or where she might show up," it sounds like she was already angling to get to a new vtuber gig in the first place. I highly doubt it's anything as severe as taking drugs or having sex with superchatters like the diseased rrats in here like to claim. GYARI's contract might say something like, "You must not apply to other agencies no matter what, non-compete clause, etc. etc." and violating that is a severe breach of trust, hence termination.

It's a tightknit art + music collab between 4 people. Every other explanation would have led to a temporary suspension of the character until the talent got their shit together. Under age? Drugs (lol)? Japanese boomers would not pursue legal action based on what a Vtuber might have done, otherwise Holohouse would have been raided for 'asacoco'. Nothing would cause a sudden termination unless it was personal. My rrat? Knowing how chill GYARI is, he could have given her the chance to fuck off and not handle the evidence to the police but assuming Pika breaks where her and Tomoshika disuading GYARI then yeah, whatever it was, it was BIG and could have fucked everyone over, even Pika and Tomoshika, all the way up to GYARI himself.

That still seems like an unlikely rrat since there isn't much corporate structure or tech to be stolen from VOMS. It's about as likely as the drug rrat, which is also somewhat implausible.

The ones that make the most sense are either that she lied about her age, which would constitute a breach of contract. Or she had a public sector job. Those seem like the kind of things that would require immediate termination without being too outlandish.

All that being said. My rrat is still that she fucked her fans.

I really believe it was espionage, it doesn't have to be that "hardcore" of a data steal, just consistent small substractions are enough to level contracts and careers, specially in asian job culture.

Monoe probably decided to make a quick buck, got caught by GYARI one last time and had to be booted out as she probably pulled some big leak, this makes Pika and Tomoshika absence be a "negotiation" scenario in which they convince GYARI to not be a moralfag and report Monoe, he is also taking most of the heat on the JP side of the situation.

Except this is rarely ever attempted. First of all, the logistics of a home lab aren't exactly invisible. By the same logic weed cannot be banned because you can just grow it if you know how to grow the plant. Conversely, stereoselective synthesis steps aren't exactly straightforward, most of the time it would be easier to just grow the plant. Some synthesis steps take days, and require organometallics and I wouldn't underestimate the risk of something breaking / you poisoning yourself. And while you don't need to understand the individual steps, it helps having some expertise if you're really going off what some publicly available (under)grad lectures tell you.

Isn't that true? Also why you can't ban alcohol because it's so easy to produce.

>> No.798308

>>798081
Sort of. If you make it incorrectly, you can go blind.

>Methanol ingestion from drinking moonshine is long riddled to cause blindness. In the process of making alcohol, methanol is produced by fermenting grains or fruits high in pectin. When methanol is consumed, it changes into formaldehyde which can cause damages to the eyes and in severe cases blindness. This however could be avoided, the first few ounces that come out of the distiller, which contain the methanol, only need to be discarded. The fears of getting blind from drinking ‘shine are not founded, the false horrors about methanol in moonshine were only deepen because of some bootleggers who intentionally included antifreeze such as methanol to cut the alcohol so to earn more profit.

>Cases of poisoning happened due to early moonshiners who were less cautious in their production. Some bootleggers used car radiators that were lead-contaminated as condenser to distill alcohol. This adversely resulted to several incidents of lead poisoning during the 1920s. Fortunately, the modern day whiskey stills are assembled using lead-free solder to avoid potential health hazard.

Like that one woman Disney hired for that star wars series, apparently they liked her enough that they were going to give her her own spin off series, then she took to social media and turned out to be a complete psychopath posting conspiracy theories and being in favor of the failed coup that occurred in the US. They axed the spin off show but kept her for the original show. She then got herself immediately fired when she said conservatives in the US had it worse than Jews during the holocaust.

Right, part of the problem amphetamine abuse happens in Japan (and why it's the drug of choice) is because there was a shitload of it floating around after the war and American troops weren't above dealing it as a side hustle.

Basically: Monoe is Shiranui Flare and Flare is Jitmoi Monoe. She pretended the two girls were roommates IRL, so she could work two gigs at once. This is probably in direct violation of both contracts, so in a sort of mercy killing Gyari enforced that part of her contract.

You faggots are pathetically fragile.
It was a perfect comparison given if Monroe did something behind the scenes that Gyari wanted to keep it under wraps since just firing and purging her was the less damaging solution, given they won't say what happened and both Pikamee and Tomoshika said they aren't going to talk about it.. Obviously they all agree this was for the best, given it could have considerably damaged VOMS even more if they did a slap on the wrist, but Monoe did something even worse later down the road, like the example I stated.

The loose translation from Tomoshika announcement reaffirms that it a breach of contract and it was something in the contract they were all aware of so it would have been a big no-no. Furthermore she and Pikamee were brought in to discuss what to do and they all agreed parting ways was the best way to deal with the situation even though Gyari had the final say.

Given there's no ill will between VOMS based on the announcement videos, it's most likely she was either doing multiple gigs or lied about her age.

It's just an issue in general. Astel's also the most popular Holostar with the biggest fujo fanbase IIRC but some (like Fubuki, Matsuri or Subura) don't give a shit and will collab with whoever. I imagine there are probably issues of managers denying things too but again it's not a hard and fast rule.

You got me anon, first girl I liked was some shortstack tomboyish dark skinned gal (I am not joking or fantasizing, I am not american BTW nor live there)

She bullied me HARD in middle school since we were both like 6 or 7, fucking Tsundere archetype, from the beginning but became my friend in High School because her mother died of Cancer and brother died of an accident, girl needed support, I give, then became pretty, busty, cool, hardworking and everything and counted with me.

Then I basically sperged and stopped talking to her because anon here was a maximum edgy retard who started watching anime for lack of friends, biggest regret of my life (not talking with her I mean, anime is no regrets) but she pretty much shaped my tastes regarding women, be them real or fictious.

I still remember when I got struck by the feeling, girl was the most tomboyish pre-teen I knew but for middle school "prom" lets call it even thought it was not, she came to practice for the dance with a dress and basically girly makeup and stuff which made her completely opposite, looked like a maiden who was gonna get married, it was basically Gap moe by 4Chan standards but the shock got me all nervous and I knew, I fell in stupid young infatuation.

It hurts because I really had a chance to get a life partner, for real, no joke, she really got "in the mood" to get to the next step, even one time pretty much directly approached me for it, but I never even kissed or holded her hand, anon was a coward.

She really was my "homie" as you people call it now.

>TFW no tomboy dark skinned shortstack Tsundere GF who is your best bro even in bed.

Why live?

Also, she had both flare and magnet hairstyles at different points of her life now that I think of it...

Damn...

>But anon, you can still go for it?

No, there's no way to recover my relationship with her, I used to be the fat shy boy who becomes cool boy with her, I stopped talking to her and ghosted her in a sense and then she got an identical replacement with actual social skills later on, can't blame that dude, he's amazing

Last social post I saw was about their first child and their happy life, dude went from Blob to jacked too, I deleted that shit from my feed years ago and no longer check on her...

I also got slim so yay, now I am average but I like fake girls.

>kek, fucking loser anon, you deserve it.

Love this site by the way, 4Chan is the best, specially /vt/.

Monoe was my Oshi and I don't like Flare anymore, I am still coping with all of this, you people can guess which porn is in my favorite tabs and I have been burning through it for hours after this shitshow

The reason was this post in the hololive thread from October:
>>/jp/thread/S27648252

>tfw you can't spell narrative without rrat
>and removing rrat is naive

An inaposter had come up with the pun they day before and posted it in the hololive global thread, but as global posters weren't as amused.

The next day, someone posted it in the main hololive thread with an image of Haato where it got a much bigger reaction. (Part of the amusement came from the realisation that those who use filters to exclude posts with low effort keywords like "rrat" would be excluding narrative)

Since then, people began using rrat to mean narrative, possibly to mess with filter users (who wouldn't actually be affected if they set up their regexes properly), but mostly because they found it funny for whatever reason.

Then there were various containment breaches, and it spread to other threads.

But this is really off topic.

Thanks for the support anon!!!

It might sound weird but I actually hugged her a lot and she hugged me back, she liked that I was like a big "teddy bear", we never holded hands tho...

I miss that feeling too much, not her really, she is a different individual now, but the feeling of embracing her and feeling not only her soft body but her slow breath and smell lurks deep into my mind whenever I feel alone, I am even considering buying a blank Dakimakura so I can embrace it in bed while imagining it's her from that time even to the point of holding fake conversations with it, I think this is another fetish, not even sex, just, feeling needed by someone of the opposing sex who trusts me enough to let me embrace her lovingly.

Good thing modern life has solutions to many problems, Am I right?

Thank God there's many coping mechanisms in the otaku/anime community otherwise I would have ropped myself from one of the many abandoned bridges around here years ago , it makes things better and life tolerable.

I love chuubas. Even if they don't love me back, and will never do
