There are over 600 VODs of vtubers playing this game and nearly every removed VOD is from hololive or holostars. They're the only ones privating it.

This 1000% because someone was hit with a community guidelines strike and someone high up in Cover management told the other managers to private their VODs just in case. They're being overly cautious and if what this homo said was true, other vtubers and streamers would be getting community guidelines strikes snd their VODs would be taken down.
My guess is cover management tried to appeal and was given an automated rejection by a bot and so now they think Youtube doesn't allow this game when they clearly do based on everyone else who's still streaming it.

I just used holodex and went through all the hololive and holostars Bunny Garden VODs that are missing.
Every single one of them that's down is privated, not unavailable. This means all of this has been done by management and is not from Youtube's end.
If any of the VODs had received community guidelines strikes from youtube, that VOD would have been deleted and not privated because you cannot private videos that break Youtube's TOS. It would say that it's unavailable instead.
