Twitch indies are fucking massive in the scene right now, have strong connections with twitch and their top fleshies who already have made cons before, and could easily fund a con with actual proper internet infrastructure instead of relying on purely volunteers.

I can easily see them funding a vtuber con similar to twitch con if approached, and unlike Offkai twitch has actual experience with setting up cons so it wouldnt just be ran by a group of no names with no experience.
