I think she said this already before that someone clipped but she doesn't care how many sub to her. She could easily do it with collabs but chooses not to. Do they base success on individual or just the group as a whole? For the company it should be a drop in the bucket if 1-5 don't perform as well as their top earners. Play the waiting game and they might turn it around or you can compesate with new talent to pick up the slack. It might hurt the individual in profits but aren't some of them not doing this full time anyway?
