You can make up your own labels but because they're not well-defined labels people will end up inferring what the label means basef on their own experiences. Which makes them useless.
To make a point: It's different because your descriptions there specified genres specifically and list them out like a content catalogue instead of a descriptor of the girl. That will be very easy to understand to people, but it conveys nothing about their personality or their personal approach to their content.
