She always leaned towards wanting to homo-ize holoEN since she was always a Stars sister at heart and she seems to not have taken the situation of the past year-ish well where vesper/magni left, Advent avoids them and overall there is not a lot of interaction anymore.

Advent helped holoEN re-establish dominance while nijiEN, with all its love of coed and standing as the model that (incredulously) prior holoEN management was trying to copy, has been sinking further and further and even small corpos are doing better than them now which are usually girl-only. Basically all data you can point to from anywhere on YouTube suggests that segregating holostars is very beneficial for both projects and this is probably a very inconvenient truth for ame to contend with. Also it seems perms fucked with her the hardest, not even game ones but just internal company rulings like she has to write in requests to use her various smol and other Ame forms i.e la creatividad is stifled by Cover itself. So all in all it is not surprising she just doesn't wanna do much. Personally I would opine she takes streaming too personally, as a thing she has to personally approve of doing for her own fun and interests and is not able to just suck it up and agree that the show must go on and she is a corporate chuuba. Thing is even if she tries doing that it is way too obvious if she is bored or not enjoying something and I'd chalk that up to a fucking skill issue with her primarily, she is too transparent and not willing to separate herself from the character or audience and maybe that is just a side effect of her only real attribute being her voice these days being very cute but otherwise just not being a very likable or personable chuuba to watch. All signs point to management decisions that were burning them out and Ina was thinking of graduation in late 2022. Just like gura, she seemed really tired of the job around the end of 2022 and just comes off as not having any passion for streaming at all anymore. IT and tech setup has always seemed like her real interests, and now that she had more money than she knows what to do with, Ame's probably gearing up to move on.
