for the bodies you need to learn anatomy first before studying from anime artists because they have their own unique stylization. Anatomy it's not that hard, like in the first example, in the arm a lot of those muscles can be simplified ina big chunk, the leg muscles i did are kinda overkill tho lol, as for the head you need a basic understading of the proportions from real life like, the nose bridge, eye sockeds, cheekbones, jaw and more but it's vary tame it shouldnt take you more than 3 hours assuming you can already do the first step. Then you can start studying from your anime artists, you will know what are they stylizing right away this will make it easy to deconstruct and learn their style.

for example let's say you want to go from left to right, you won't have any idea on why some parts are done in that way, you don't know the thoughts behind the stylization, copying wont teach you that, you will only know ''how to draw'' that exact image.

I'd just say two things: I think you are minimizing how difficult learning anatomy is. People who have done some study can easily identify your quick sketch as a pelvis, the glutes, adductors, the various parts of the quad, the line of the tibia and the calf muscles, etc. Wasn't even sure if you were suggesting G.medium or TFL with that small anterolateral triangle, not that it matters much. Not just their names but how they define the shapes and contours. That takes a while to pick up, and something as simple as what shape is a female ass and how do you construct it out of primitives is actually surprisingly difficult (and it changes based on pose and art style).

I'd also say you have to spend some time just drawing for enjoyment, or you'll never get past those first couple hundred hours where you make the huge newb gains that make drawing so much more fun.

Yes. You really you do. At a minimum you need the biceps and triceps, but you also need to connect the upper arm to the lower arm and the shoulder.
