EN4 is probably a shoe-in, Advent running of to Japan for 3Ds showed there's still cavernous content gaps that need more warm bodies to be covered, and Advent itself showed there's still an existent amount of market to either capture or recapture with debuts.
ID4 is less certain, but considering how the persistent big guns they did find are in ID3, there's more room to consider another round of debuts. Especially since ID gens are 3 instead of 5, so their current branch size is still only effectively < ID2.
I'd lean on Dev_IS 2 happening over JP7, if only as a way to check for sure. The investor report suggests only debuting if they find ways to branch out, and if nothing else Dev_IS is trying (admittedly aimlessly) to be not-really-Hololive.
I do smell the sense that they'll try another round of Homo debuts, but not this year. It's not just that Uproar and Armis didn't budge the needle - it's also that Luxiem went from bleeding to utterly imploding, and that nobody else on the planet has seen any success with any of their attempts either. Bare fucking minimum, they need a new strategy before trying again.
