You know what's the worst part of the NBA Fiasco? It's not even that NBA is a sinking ship or there's absolutely no public to reach for. It's how fucking comically evil and stupid Riku is.
NBA has 30 teams and NijiEN had 31 livers, now has 34. They'd just have to have either two people rooting for the same team or have someone not participating (say, Kotoka, who's in a mental health hiatus)... It's simple math, really.
Instead they have the clique plus a few randoms, a few japs that don't know shit about NBA and... Kotoka, who's in hiatus lmaooo

Say what you want about global relevance or the size difference, but Hololive's collab with The Pacific League has so far been better done than Niji's NBA collab. The Holocollab also included Korone and Kanata directly commentating a real game along with talents dancing on the Tokyo Dome's jumbo tron.
