I don't see any ENs in that list though, could be one of those situations where they have perms for JP but not for EN. Or worse, they have perms, but EN isn't allowed to play it for some mysterious reason.

The EN side almost always takes the same time or longer (if ever) to get perms from other big corpos. The indie stuff sometimes requires an EN to get the ball rolling and then you'll see a few JP pick up the game once the perms are aquired.
