What Teru did is risky for a number of reasons, imagine a scenario where Pippa and Teru were close during this and something similar to her menhera episode with the build-a-bear shit happened and she was forced to remove the vids.

The situation was quickly resolved, but what if in that time she went to Teru with complaints? She would've provided her these reactive complaints even though the situation was dealt with properly later and this could become an issue. Orgs and talents don't always 100% see eye to eye but let's be real here the talents are mostly young menhera girls who perceive any opposition as a large slight against their person.
