On paper that is what they said but its more like the company was made as vtuber as voice actors, and a small one at that, but it never really took off due to inexperience and really shitty management. The girls themselves were not bad, but in the beginning they struggled alot despite having the Nabi boost, save for one who was drawn by another artist, and due to stupid management decisions.

Silver Ame, Rena, for example was the most popular and did really well since she was trilingual. She easily spoke and understood English and German and got along well with English viewers but then management or something told her to stop interacting with them.

Kogane, Gold Ame, suffered a lot in the beginning cause some idiot kept unlisting her videos (although it was also the case for Rena and Aoi’s too) and it fucked her views and subs real bad. So much so she cried on stream because she thought she was a failure being the lowest one among the original 3. It was only when whoever was managing her channel either fucked off or finally understood how youtube work did she see good growth. Also Voice-ore was stupid in that it told people not to clip and all that. Also the company was really shit at getting perms.

Eventually things did get better. Kogane found good audience playing girls frontline + other games, getting at least 100+ viewers average compared to being in the low 10s before, and Rena was doing well enough that she was able to leave the company but kept her model and channel. I hope Kogane will be able to keep and use her’s as well. She’s cute and funny and had to go through so much to where she is right now.

The only reason she stopped graduating was because of Voice-Ore so if she does decide to leave, I wouldn’t be surprise. Uto seem to have as much bad luck as Mike, who is funny enough her Oshi back when she was Rushia. Her last stream was 13 days ago on twitch and I guess might have been why she was so quiet the last few days. It really sucks but I hope if she does continue she would just comeback to youtube.

Mike is actually the reason voice-ore got as far as to actually get one of their talents (mike) to star in an anime, albeit a low budget one. other than that, their breadwinner kogane is keeping the company alive. im more surprised they got this far. honestly Voice-ore's premise being a corpo that supports their talents to become seiyuus isnt a bad idea, im guessing they just really struggled because of the vtuber market being so fucking over-saturated, which forces small corpos to struggle to even stay afloat. such a shame all around, i heard that there was some issues with their streams not showing up in people's recommendations in the beginning because their managers fucked up.

To me, it looked more as if they were trying different things to try and stand out, they aren't really your traditional vtuber corpo so they had to make adjustments for promotional purposes. but all it really did was limit their talents and cut them off from the rest of the vtubers out there.

You have to be an A-list or B-list celebrity for people to approach you to do work for them.
The majority of vtubers are nobodies and even if they are skilled, if they want work they have to apply as themselves (real ID) like every other actor has to do, not as their fake internet persona.
And since vtubers generally don't want their real persona public, whatever credits they do accrue won't be attached to their vtuber persona.
There are a couple cases that buck this but it basically doesn't happen.

It's not too shocking though because voice-ore had utterly idiotic rules about various things like vods. It's hard to build your brand as a streamer if most of your content is unarchived, so people can't judge how active you are or much else
