Just downloaded the FLAC to check, because you are right a lot of detail gets squashed to hell and jumbled by youtube compression. It sounds a lot better, but the song was mastered to sound jumbled in the first place so getting better files won't fix it if you don't like the overprocessing.

kobo is way more engaging as a singer, as a performer, and as a person. shes constantly hyped, constantly engaged, and doesn't get onemanned or caught up in the 4chan bullshit. gura by contrast is just cute and has an above average voice, but under the hololive sheen she's boring as tar and never streams. it also helps that the kobo collab song is produced by mega superstar producer GIGA.
