Could you use this thing for watching vtuber streams, like when there's a big tournament or even just a big collab with like 8 POVs at once, could you use this thing to open all the collabs at the same time and actually have them all in your field of vision without having to have a shitload of monitors?

Probably yeah, I've actually been considering getting a Quest 3 so I can watch streams while doing housework. The apple shit looks really overpriced though, although it has more processing power so that might be good if you want to have a bunch of streams open at once.

The Quest on the other hand will not run more than two streams at once without visibly lagging and cooking your face. The official youtube app is also limited to 720p and youtube chat crashes its web browser. Still, if you want to watch streams on a big virtual screen it's the best way to do that without spending used car money

In the future I bet we'll have fully immersive 3D livestreams. While wearing your AR headset you'll actually be in your favorite chuuba's 3D room. You'll be able to sit right next to her and watch her play games or chat. You would also be able to walk around her and watch her fully tracked 3D model from different angles.
