Hello! Glad to not be the only one. Yes ytarchive also seems like the tool of choice for live yt recordings. I haven't looked to much into hoshinova, but it seems worth a try. I "just" made my own more or less working python script. If you want to go beyond you could use chat-downloader (also on github) to record prechats (I'd recommend saving as .json for easier post processing).
As for yt community posts there are some tools (possibly broken) out there but I haven't looked in to it to much.
Since you haven't mentioned it for pretty much everything else I use yt-dlp and gallery-dl. So gallery-dl for twitter (has extensive configuration options to save tweets, replies, likes etc, even tweets only containing text as .json metadata) and patreon. For yt obviously yt-dlp which you can for example configure to not download live streams that are still live as ytarchive is already doing that. Both programms have a cookies from browser option (if you are logged in to your accounts on that machine) to get the necessary cookies easily. To download stuff regularly you could make a simple script that starts the downloader sleeps and repeats. If you are on something linux based you can do something like while true; do yt-dlp/gallery-dl/whatever; sleep 30m; done. To download sleep 30 minutes and repeat.
