Probably most of the interactions between Anya and Kiara on the final day, Anya killing a polar bear, and Kaela euthanizing several members after the finale photoshoot the closing duel between her and Pekora.

MVP is difficult to define as some people made major contributions but didn't log in later in the week, probably Iroha, Kaela, Flare, Polka, Aqua, and Marine, although it would probably be about as easy to list people who kept to themselves and so didn't contribute too much to the server on the whole and I only have a vague idea what everyone was doing so my list isn't complete.
