Assuming people's IPs aren't being routed through 7 proxies it should be trivial to figure when most people are probably available. Or do a poal first.

Ideas:
* Either straight resource goals or CTM type goals for non combat people
* Bosses/dungeons or combat related goals
* Final boss/dungeon (the mob run idea is great)

If you're going to map reset might as well make a completely new thing, most old players wouldn't continue.

Now, making a new hub somewhere? that would work and there's no need to reset anything. Reminder than the map is limitless and most of the area beyond 10k is unused.
