Sure don't get me wrong I think it worked as a good spring board but I think the way things ended up going made me feel exhausted and shitty. When the people who talk about how excited they are to be a part of the company end up leaving the company because the company is actively making them miserable (both Matara and Mint expressed this in their graduation), it says a lot about the state of things.

The thing was that it went sour really fast for her at least, I don't think she was even there for a year before things went to shit behind the scenes for her. She was already considering quitting when she hit her contract expiration at around the 2 year mark and was sitting in a park in Japan wondering if she should renew or not. She did and things didn't get any better and got worse for her to the point she quit.
No one is going to talk their true feelings about their role even in a context like this where talents will share about their lives frequently. You don't have to be a company promoter, you just can be happy about opportunities and etc. talents get involved in. Trying to suss intentions and what goes on shouldn't be our jobs, we should be able to take things at face value and love what is happening.
