Yes, her voice is great but that's the minimum for a singer. She is nowhere near as good in lyric making like Mori, isn't funny like Gura, can't make comfy streams like Ina, isn't energetic like Kiara neither does she have a creative mind like Ame.

IRyS is a mediocre VTuber. The only thing that she is good is at singing but her teste for songs doesn't seem to be the average EN viewer's liking, she is doing worse than Kiara and the HoloID with covers and originals.

What I can only agree on is people are putting too much expectations on a Vsinger to be the greatest streamer of all time. Her growth is actually in a normal pace. She earned 2.5k yesterday. She streams regularly and is planning to do karaoke regularly. She's articulate. She's not toxic. She has good banter with her chat. Her songs are average to great. She can be comfy. She plays games enthusiastically and actually and gets into it. She's patient. Just because she doesn't align with what you think is entertaining doesn't make her less entertaining for others. The fact that she gets so much threads and attention already disproves whatever rrat you are pulling.

The only reason I see why her covers or pv is not doing well compared to Kiara is because she's not pushing them. NIna is mentioned in /vsinger/ quite a bit, yes. But feel free to check out that thread if you are actually interested in good vsingers. And yeah, I'd say Irys is okay, just not as good as expected. As people have said before, her pitch control is excellent, but she lacks the strong head voice that, say, Suisei or Gura possess. And outside hololive you can find many more impressive singers.

Lumi.... I think I followed her in hope that she'd play strategy games like starcraft. Her live singing is, I'd say, decent but not great. She lacks a lot of control, especially for the higher notes.
