Yes and no. Grains are a great source of carbohydrates which is awesome if you're an athlete or physically active but maybe less so if you live a sedentary lifestyle. They are also potentially bad for dental health, but not so much that if you are still eating raw fruits and vegetables it would be an issue.

I personally don't recommend extremist diets and just allocating your choices differently. Nobody sane is going to say a loaf of whole-grain sourdough is terrible for you, or that oatmeal or bran shouldn't ever touch your lips. Beer is perhaps the worst way to consume grains if you want to be health conscious. And as far as vegetables and meat goes, locally produced, organic, seasonal foods are strictly superior. If you can't get citrus locally, no choice but to import that though. Apples are a decent source of vitamin C if you aren't a citrus fiend though.

Meat and dairy is pretty much universally good for you in any sane quantity, raw and carnivore are meme fad diets however. Yogurt is tasty and full of protein, whole or raw milk are tasty and good to have once a day, or you can have some cheese instead. Strictly speaking eggs and chicken is superior to beef for protein per gram, and is more cost-effective too. Red meat does have other benefits like more dietary iron and creatine. Fish are also great additions to your table and should work in there sometimes even if you're just getting some tilapia or sole on occasion.

If you're going to eat fish, definitely just go with wild-caught salmon and other oily fish.
Tilapia are the jannies of the seas, they eat literally anything they can get into their mouths and most of the tilapia imported to the US come from China, a country famous for its industrial cleanliness.
Whitefish are cheap and a good source of pure protein but so is chicken, and I'd argue chicken is more versatile and open to more methods of cooking.
