I don't fear testing it as much as I just don't see the point in bothering at this age. It isn't like having an official diagnosis is gonna get me out of work, and even if it did I grew up with a family member on disability and I'd rather not turn out like they did.

there's been vtuber focused wrestling streams in the past (like the other anon mentioned Dante has his stuff but I know /wvt/ has a similar thing and I'm sure even hololive has done something similar in the past) and I know some chuubas have commentated on divegrass in the past as well, so sure go for it.
The only advice I'd give is to focus on simulations in video games, using actual footage of old shows is a pretty easy way to get DMCA'd. Especially if it's new japan those fuckers are notorious for not letting anybody use footage for things like podcasts on YT so I can't imagine a commentary livestream would go over any better.

Thats good to know. My only issue is that I am more of a color commentator so I might need to find a play-by-play to join in. I am a pro-wrestler so I have a great knowledge in that area. HoloFighterZ footage would have been a nice point to start this with but their crowd is very rabid and I feel my style of methodical less memey commentating wouldnt fit too well. Maybe I could start with like a 1hr weekly stream where /asp/ies can randomly duke it out and occasionally invite an /asp/ie in.

might be worth trying to transition those skills into commentating on fightan games rather than relying entirely on stuff already in your wheelhouse

or really, if you're a color commentator, I wouldn't worry about doing commentary on events like that in the first place. you've already got the most important part for streaming down, I'm sure you could use those skills while reacting to any given game just fine.
