Everybody hates her for not streaming but she went 2 years streaming all the time and being the center of attention everywhere in the vtuber sphere. Hell I can mention the "a" that shook the world to my friends, even new ones to this day, who mainly watch anime and don't dive in the vtuber sphere and they'll know her or at least know "that short shark girl". And now cover is flying her off around the world as a mascot. Fuck she probably wanted some stability and a new less toxic fanbase to help as she sobered and she became even bigger. And sadly even if she left and started new again I firmly believe she'd explode again. Definitely not as fast. The radio silent health breaks with Ina and Gura went on for months in late 2022 so there was definitely something going on with management. Yeah it feels like Omega and his removal/replacement was a big deal behind the scenes for some of the ENs, but not everyone. From what we can decipher with timing and when Jap took the reins it feels like he was removed right around the time Ina was absent for like 3 months. Dunno if it was in protest against that because my impression is Ina and Omega were very buddies from FFXIV, not to mention her friend Sana also quit too etc. Gura I dunno, she is just gone all the time regardless including well into the omega/Advent era so it is not really possible to tell anything there (other than she doesn't like streaming much).
