I think gaming streams SUCKS
Zatsudan where you interact with the chuba is superior, even if it was a much shorter stream than a game. If I wanted to play a game I'd do it myself

Gaming streams can make good zatsus. Especially for nervous chubas trying to leaen how to talk. Its the only reason God hasnt smited genshin impact's marketing team. Although there doesnt seem to be a way around the big streamer dillema. You want your favorites to do well but it sucks when they get big.

I like both, unless it's a game I'm going to play myself. My favorite streams are usually some easy/mindless game that basically turns into a zatsu but more stream of consciousness. I never interact with any streamers, vtubers or not.

Gaming streams are where you see whether a person is worth listening to or not. And I don't mean if they are "good" at games. I mean it's where you can see how the person confronts challenge, their approach to learning, their ability to empathize with characters, how they bounce back from setbacks. A person can very easily portray themselves to be anything they want. But their true face shows when gaming.
