You still need someone to play with in MC hardcore for it to be fun. Most ENs who stream at Bae's timeslot aren't around or aren't interested in MC, while I doubt many JPs will be around in their morning either. Maybe when Biboo or FWMC is back Bae can have someone to play with (if Biboo wouldn't be hanging out with Kaela), but until then, tough luck.

Nah their goal is to have actual merch that the middle viewer would buy, like Gura isn't a great example because she doesn't stream but if she did there would probably be a bunch of people who would be interested in buying some Gura figures/nedos/plushies even if they don't want to watch daily Minecraft streams or whatever. The biggest problem right now is that most Holo merch is tat that only dedicated fans would buy mostly to support the talents, and even then you need to preorder it months in advance during a specific time frame. Most civilized countries (and even North Korea) are signatories of the Berne Convention with establishes most of the copyright system in the world.
In the United states, for instance, treaties (like that one) supersede even national law (and the constitution) and that’s true for most countries that limit themselves to just transcribe the agreed text of the treaty to their national laws.
