Unfortunately Vshojo doesn't really hire. Unless if you are a valuable ex-corpo talent or a famous indie who's already friends with their talents, you're not likely to get scouted in.
Cover's hiring rate is also extremely low. Your chances of getting into the next gen maybe in 2025 is probably not high.
Gotta depend on Phase and Idol to pick up the slack.

Geega just had to get her foot in the door, she was smart and had good enough networking and soft skills from working a professional prior to committing to vtubing full time that she was able to build bonds with the girls effortlessly.

Gunrun took the teambuilding approach with VShojo instead of the audition approach, which is why nearly all the talent was proven beforehand. Geega actually managed to just impress him that much that he went out on a limb after she scored an interview with him.
