Basic milquetoast takes on this that are real and true:

Kirsche should have been allowed at the con, given that it was a non-political 18+ panel with another vtuber.
If it was a panel about her ranting about DEI shit, then of course by all means ban her then.
This is a bit different to the Niji situation, since Niji has the valid concern of their livers potentially being harassed given all the stuff about Kurosanji recently.
It is pretty stupid for apparently a few volunteers to hold such sway over who is allowed at the con, and sets an extremely poor precedent.
It was not her place to make stuff about Offkai volunteers trying to blacklist Pippa last year public, even if she did confuse it for the stuff at Youmacon.
By doing this stuff, Kirsche may well have cemented herself as a complete brand risk and jeopardized future con appearances, as well as her relationship with Phase/Pippa.

She no longer enjoys the luxury of being a 'literal who'.

An issue with this assumption since the the head of OffKai just said the con is volunteer run.
As someone who works conventions, 'volunteers' is a massive misnomer since when you hear that word, you think of some random person who shows up to do gopher tasks. When in reality, a vast majority of the staff can be categorized as volunteers, even up to department heads depending on how the convention is run because they don't receive a paycheck for their services. They do the work, because they then get free access to the con, or they just enjoy doing the work. Though any convention worth a lick of salt will still offer free room and board for staff members regardless.
So when you see OffKai saying 'volunteers', it means the convention staff, aka the people who run the day to day operations of the convention itself put down an ultimatum they didn't want Kirsche to run a panel.

By her being perceived a certain way, as one of the most popular talents in her company, that perception rubs off on others that she is associated with. I've watched a few short videos to get her social commentary. I thought it was pretty interesting.
