The creator dashboard that you'll see when you click your account icon on the top right of twitch. Settings -> Stream will have the vod settings. It will be off so turn it on. Publishing vods means it will be viewable on your channel so that's worth turning on too if it isn't already.

I stopped doing them because my PC imploded and other shit that was going on. The discord server itself is pretty much dead and only gets used to support the collab streams.
