This isnt like she speaks Russian and can claim Ukrainian, or speak Croatian and claim she speaks Serbian, like these 4 languages have no close relations to each other. This the highest IQ Vtuber or there are others?

Being a polyglot is not and indication of IQ, it just means the parents were socially open people that traveled a lot or she was neglected. Also buy and ad next time.

Very fluent, i also can sort of speak (say si and no XD) all other romance languages and german.

I've been working as a software dev for years in a company with clients all over the world, i started with learning Australian English (i'm Mexican), then i met a Belorussian girl that spoke Spanish, English, Chinese, Russian, Polish, etc., she sort of inspired me to learn more languages and i went for Japanese first because I'm a fucking nerd.

you could put it that way, born in kiev but self identifies with her mother as russian. Than there is English and french that she speaks as well.

If you want a certificate, yes, but it doesn't really have to be from a real school if you just want to learn, you can just google stuff like 'French Classes' and find a lot of free courses.

Yeah, 29 is too old to fully learn a new language. You might be able to learn enough to converse though, maybe live within the locale to pick up on the culture too

Nah, a person speaking multiple languages is mostly an indicator of that their parents are immigrants, when a kid is raised by immigrants they tend to speak their parent's language at home and their country language outside their homes.

Kyoresu, parents are Russian, and she was raised in Spain, while consuming English media.

Spanish, English and (intermidiate) German speaker here. You can search for courses or blogs that introduce you into the language you want to learn. There's also courses on YT.

Once you're done learning the basics you can start consuming media like tv or movies to pick up on expressions and pronounciation. I learned English by watching Red vs Blue over and over again picking up on the patterns of speech and writing. I'm using the same method for German, but I admit that it is more complicated than English (It doens't help that I've fried my brain jerking off to anime girls and having horrible sleep schedules).

I'd personally reccomend sitcoms just because they use the most casual and informal way of speech. But it's up to you.
You can also watch stuff with subtitles to learn the writing.

If you already know Portuguese then I'd say you learn Spanish first just because they're the most similar when compared to Italian or French.

It's important that you take notes on the words and terms you don't know and use them in your head to get used to them. It's basically acquiring a language like a baby would instead of learning it through courses and education like a student or an adult would. Interacting with the culture (listening to music, watching movies/tv, reading books, etc.) of your desired language might help yourself in keeping you inspired to keep learning. If you have any acquaintances that speak the language that you're interested in, reach out to them and speak with them in that language so they can coach you and make corrections when having coversations.

If that sounds complicated then you should just stick to regular language courses (free or for certifications).
