Its in the works, I don't know what you're expecting but you can't compare her situation to Kson and Mikeneko.
Kson had a pre-existing model she could use while she waited months for her brand new one was ready.
Mikeneko's zealous fanbase literally made a model for her in the span of a week or two. You won't find that level of support often, if at all except in a small handful of extreme situations.

If anything, your expectations for when Rica should get a model are probably more along the lines of Delutaya. It probably won't take quite that long (Over a year plus) as Delu was frequently taking breaks while dealing with things. Rica should probably have a model before the end of the year but it is likely months away yet.
