Gender and sex are the same thing. Gender means sex. Just look at the term gender dysphoria, those people have dysphoria about their sex. The special definition for gender was created by someone who believes humans are blank slates and all the trans allies went with his understanding of gender dysphoria despite being the most anti trans belief system their is.
Now lets go back to people who believe humans are blank slates. When they say that, they don't mean they believe you can grow up to be whatever you want, what there belief is is that means is that any difference between humans was created by social conditioning, including the differences biological gender. That's why these people hate Hololive, because it acknowledges the fact the males and females are different and that those differences matter.
