She had small periods of days when she had a normal sleep. From what I can tell the reasons have been
- Visit from a family member (had to wake up at a normal time for mama, for example)
- Travelling with someone with a normal sleep (She had normal sleep during her travels with Calli, RMT, and her BFF)
- An appointment or side-job that takes place in the morning
- Boring herself to death watching boring shows makes her fall asleep even if she's not burned out of energy

Her sleep is extremely fragile and can get messed up all over again by having a fucked up sleep for 1 or 2 days again. It will be impossible for her to have a good sleep schedule while taking place in the TTRPG since they take place past midnight her time

One of her objectives in life was to live alone but honestly living with someone by her side would do wonder for her sleep, and to be able to vent with someone besides strangers on the internet

Having a normal sleep schedule is gonna be impossible for Kiara in the long run I think, there's too much stuff happening in Amerifat primetime that sooner or later she will have to stay up for and once she does it's hard to revert she shift in sleeping times.

However, I'd guess that her sleeping so late is the primary reason she can't fall asleep. It's just basic biological clock shit that you never adapt to. I have the exact same problem, the later I go to bed the harder it is to fall asleep. It's actually fairly consistent in how much harder it gets the later it becomes.

In my experience physical activity also doesn't do jackshit to influence sleep.

Just finished watching/listening to the 2nd TTRPG sessions for the 2nd time, and for someone that had frustrations with the retardation live, I had a blast on the 2nd play. I'd recommend it to anyone that felt the same watching it live.

Also I feel like this was the best full EN collab. Them all being in high spirits really felt like they were just at someones place hanging around the table playing having fun. Can't wait if we ever get an off collab with them all, would be pure kino chaos.

I actually had a dream that went a lot like that. I realized it's actually a terrible idea because having my own stream obligations made it almost impossible to watch Kiara, and I couldn't exactly keep donating/chatting with my "roommate" account in her stream even when I did have time. Maybe in real life some schizo wouldn't care and would continue to be an open Kiara fan, but that's probably the sort of the thing that would get them pressured internally to stop.
I'm not a huge holostar enthusiast but I'm pretty sure I remember hearing several of them were idol fans, and I even remember watching a clip from Roberu where he talked about how seeing the response to some male idolmaster event that had a terrible response influenced him, so professionally they seem to recognize that even if they "can" ask to collab with the girls it generally isn't the best idea outside for most of the holos.
All that being said, Kiara sort of has the perfect buffer built up with her "gay energy" as I'm sure some twitter users would put it meaning that there really wouldn't likely be much ship art or any of that awkward stuff even if she did collab with a star occasionally. Takamori has its downsides if you're not into /u/ shit, but I think this is one of the cases where it has a hidden upside. Beyond that, bad gear and self dubbing (this is a stupid reason) filtered people at the start so it's no surprise that you're coming around on her now.
As a goslingfag, the depression arc was pure saviourfagging fuel and I liked it, but I'm happy she made it through and is generally happier than she was when I started watching her.
