I get why they would wait until now, because formally suspending her before Reimu's 3D might cause problems; but a suspension from streaming on her own channel (read: no superchat revenue) would be a way to suspend her without having to delete her from Reimu's 3D. And she almost certainly did not do a naughty after Reimu's 3D, else the tweet would have a more obvious lie to explain her upcoming absence.

None of them are in control of their own destinies any more. The lot of them can do nothing except wait 5 and a half weeks for the Q4 report to be published to see the fate of the branch - only then will they find out if management has already chosen who will stay and who will leave, or if they will have to draw lots to see who does or does not get fired, or if corporate/Riku/the shareholders decide to just nuke the whole branch and terminate the lot of them en masse.
