Maybe less stream per say but I'd probably never do a subathon. Not only do I not have the time and everything for it, I am lacking the most crucial thing: motivation! I simply know I'd be bored to death and would want to do something different during the second day already! Maybe I'll have to see this aspect more as a job and force myself through tho.

I've been told my Zatsu skills are pretty fine and I will say, I don't know if it's really good but I did manage to just talk out of my ass for one hour or so with a dead chat multiple times so yeah... I think I'm at the very least alright at spouting nonsense and doing dumb bits. My weakness however? I think the fact I don't have any talents. I'd want to do a draw stream but I can't draw. I'd love to do covers but I can't sing. I'd love to make videos but I can't video edit and I have no time to learn any of these skills in a decent manner, I can only do it sporadically and definitely not in a way that helps me actually improve. Sure, you could say you don't need these things to be a successful streamer or what not, but having even one talent like that you're good in helps you immensely with growth, especially on twitter.

1.) Using the English language more often because I don't have the chance otherwise. So far a success
2.) Finishing games for once and play a couple really cool ones I would have never touched before. I played a couple really cool ones that would have flown under my radar but I struggle finishing longer games lmao. I'd say it's a 50/50 on the success rate

3.) Meeting new friends. Definitely more than successful. I found a community Im comfortable in with a lot of people I'd call friends, be it from here or outside of this community. I definitely don't regret it and I hope I'll meet a lot more new peeps. Love meeting new peeps. It's funny umu

Sounds a bit silly, but probably my second Tenra stream! I feel like I finally managed to hit approximately the pacing in my tabletop games that I've been aiming for with that. There's something rewarding about being able to see the steps I've taken to make the stream a bit better each time I run a game

Not that anon but here's a little perspective. Pepsi paid $1,000,000 for this design. There are people in the world with a very refined taste in aesthetics, they know what looks good and why it looks good. They know what the public will find aesthetically pleasing. These people are usually artists who have worked their whole lives in the field where they've studied and refined their tastes.

The problem with a lot of vtubers, and as another example furries and their OCs, is that they're not artists and they've never devolved their sense of aesthetics. Vtubers fall for this trap that your vtuber model should be designed by you to represent your inner most personality or some shit. Yeah, no don't do that unless you're absolutely sure you know what you're doing.

If you want examples of a good design, look at popular anime and video games. Which characters appeal to you? What do you think is the reason their design is appealing? For me I've always thought Chie from Persona 4 had an amazing design. The haircut is simple, the rest of the outfit is a generic school girl outfit. Her design should be boring as fuck. But the green jacket as the statement piece in her outfit, it stands out visuallt and ties everything together extremely well and makes her a god tier waifu.

Another example would be Aqua and Megumin from Konosuba. Their strengths are their color schemes. Aqua's outfit is mostly blue and white with yellow and aquamarine accents. Megumin is most red and brown with yellow and white accents. Aqua's eyes are also shades of blue, similar to one of the main colors of her outfit. Same with Megumin and the brown and red for her hair and eyes.

tl;dr If you want to make a good character design, you need to gain a deeper understanding of the designs you like and why they appeal to you.

Warhammer minis is in a similar problem but with the added challenge of having to buy the paints too. I did set up a Throne for more kits but only time will tell if it helps.

I'm still trying to figure out what my strengths/appeal is, even after a year of streaming. I still feel my ability to talk/zatsu is my weakness, but I do feel that it's been getting better lately. There are still times when I struggle to get good topics going thought.

Oh and I'd suggest avoiding the customizable L2Ds like the omori models because they are way too commonly used and you wont be able to establish a brand for yourself if you do use them. Having a premade model which you can color with vtube studio is the preferable way nowadays.
