At this point, after the talents they've lost, it seems they would have to quit pretty quickly after debut or have something really drastic happen. Cover is trying to build and maintain a brand based on characters, and they can't do that if they "lose" the character any time the 'actors' get bored.

What would it take to get someone who gets bored or whatever and doesn't stream for extended months at a time / takes extended leave to actually QUIT if they're just going to collect free money for 'staying signed' without doing any real work? You could easily be a low-productivity vtuber as a housewife.
