Do you have a Mega, Rentry or something similar for what you've already made?
As for what's missing, I think a Dismassd LoRa for Pony would be nice.
Komainu would be interesting too, there's a really fun one for 1.5 that's fun to mix with other styles. But Komainu isn't really an artist, making a LoRa for him would be a bit more of a pain I imagine.

If you want character requests specifically, I can think of two for Pony:
Kaneko Lumi (old model would be my pick, but I've gotten used to the new one by now. Still a downgrade though).
Azki with a way to select between her different designs.
Three more artists we're missing have come to mind, but they're all fairly popular so we'll probably get them on Civitai eventually: BlueTheBone, Mikoyan and Null (nyanpyoun).

Thanks, I feel with this style I can get away with backgrounds and clothes not making sense since it's all kind of a mess so I can cut and paste to build a cool compositions. It can be pretty fun doing this and seeing it all come together.

Either way keep those three artists as minimal priority, I'm sure we'll get them done by someone else in a couple moths at worst.
Dismassd is more niche and might not get a LoRa from the broader baking community.
Atahuta comes to mind too, he doesn't have a single LoRa on Civitai even for 1.5, and IIRC the only LoRa he ever got was by an anon here.

It knows chuubas really well, if they show up scuffed for some reason adding a few tags from theirs appearance fixes them. "1girl, vtuber_name, company" to start the prompt is all it's needed 99% of the time.
Sex is slightly worse then pony but way better than animagine, sometimes vaginas look weird but you can adetail them, use a lora or use an artists that makes them come out the way you like.

It takes a lot more work to get a good output on 1.5 than XL.
Animagine is easier to use, it's quite good right away.
Pony has several prompting quirks and the base model is dogshit, you really need LoRas and Autism for it.

I haven't tried pivotal tuning since I use comfy and I don't think comfy supports them

I did try pseudo pivotal tuning (separated TE and UNet training) for Kokage though
It slightly worked, but defenitely needed more tweaking of the dataset as well as settings

OneTrainer makes it easy to experiment with it since it won't strip out the keys from the saved lora file if you train only one of the 2, so you can easily continue training the other on the same file

Unless I am completely mistaken on how this works XD, I think pivotal just makes two different files one is an embedding and another is LoRA that you use at the same time.
I only found one really old guide for it and almost no documentation how to properly set up the embed settings so was wondering if you have experience. Anyway thanks again for the settings.

Tested out prodigy with weight_decay=0.5. I can finally see how it self-corrects and then falls off properly towards 1e-7 instead of going down only on a 1% slope. Not sure what I had 0.01 decay before.
