About the toxic chemicals, I genuinely think that the Ruzader might have a small resistance to some mild toxicity as I have theorized that certain enzymes and proteins that are present in the gut and stomach of the Ruzader are extremely acidic due to the nature of the gemstones they are processing and some chemicals can be neutralized in small amounts as well as a built-in sense of sussing out more ideal material however this in itself does not lend itself to be 100% accurate as despite this, there are certain things in the man-made environment that can scramble that sense and make it more likely for them to consume these materials but this is all just my speculation and I'm not an authority on any of this. I just like thinking about these things.

Not sure about the exact chemical makeup and crystal structure of all gemstones, but the ones I can think about off the top of my head aren't dissolvable by acids. IIRC, chemical etching with acids is commonly used to clean debris off the surface of minerals. Might need to go with a mechanical grinding mechanism, somehow. I did my own analysis here at some point if you'd like to hear about it.

This is very much possible in the function that the gizzard does collect sand and small rocks and does aid in grinding down some foods. Not only do birds have this ability, but also some reptiles such as crocodiles and alligators, which swallow stones to help digest food. However, I am remiss to a gizzard being able to grind literal gemstones unless the material collected in the gizzard is capable of doing so in the first place. This is quite possible due to the nature of the Ruzader's diet though, so I'm not going to completely write it off either.

As someone who watches both Shinri and Ruze, I can say with confidence that the Ruzaders are happier than the Koipanions. They're both okay, but I find that the Ruzaders are a little more niche and has content that caters specifically to them while the kois are mostly content with the vibes Shinri brings to streams, which can occasionally be 'off' in some ways depending on the general mood.
