The ones in 50+ are incredibly talented and have found a specific niche that works well for them, and have added hardwork on top of that.

Honestly the two biggest things stopping me besides looking like some edgy cartoon is that when I draw them I get a little autistic about how they're placed. If I see something like the pic I get so peeved because the teeth don't align properly so the mouth closing wouldn't make sense, but I guess it looks better than having one large tooth in the center to fit between the bottom two teeth. That and I think they look a little cheesy and my design is already edgy enough, so I feel like I'd be over doing it by adding sharp teeth. I know it's a popular thing, but my brainworms are telling me not to.

Not everyone can do it without external help. Medication for depression helps regulate the chemical imbalances in the brain. It isn't a cure all, but with therapy or just external support it really makes a world of a difference.

Sitting with the feelings is fine, but you have to move forward eventually. As long as youre progressing in life, it's fine. But if you find yourself constantly in the same place and never moving forward, you need to reconsider your life choices. Yeah you aren't bothering your family now, but not making yourself better or helping to make life better for those around you will eventually become a negative rather than a neutral.

I will consider going to therapy when I get myself on a better situation, but so far at least I can say I am moving up in many areas, it's just the constant dread and negativity that has been my companion for so long, before it was useful to justify things and make them seem less in my hands when things were so horrible, but now it just works a constant reminder that so many good things might come to an end abruptly or because of reasons that I can't control at all.

Marlon Rebrando hear. I’m considering the following after my hiatus and shit settles down. Pekapeka isn’t the direction to go because I’d need special permission from an iwi (like a Maori government type group) to use the word and they’re super strict on usage of Maori terms in NZ.

Here’s my new idea.

- Using my romance novelist pen name as my Twitch username
- Consolidating my existing past life as a romance novelist with my vtubing
- Character would be one of the paranormal creatures I usually write about — I wrote a specific type of shifter romance, so I’d be an animal girl of that species
- Streams where I write my books live on Twitch, at least the parts that don’t violate TOS. I can use a blur to hide the TOS violating stuff like sex scenes.
- Theme days about writing, what the process is like, e., Self-Publishing Saturday
- Maybe a book club once a week?
- Still do field recording ASMR and vlog about my new life in NZ, just not with the bat character
- Still play some vidya
- Still be a little lewd but not necessarily a lewdtuber

Focus on streaming, doing whatever you want to, whatever you find fun or what you're passionate about. and from that you build your brand. its easy to compare yourself to corpos or large indies, those that are already established and have been for years. But when you're starting out, you have to take the plunge and just START. emotes, fancy overlays, etc can be made overtime and even used as a way to entice new viewers with event streams where you reveal the new thing you've been working on for stream!
