People like OP are right to be concerned, especially considering how much of a shitshow things must have been behind the scenes these past few months.
Random side note: I never noticed how well-organized the featured channels section on Petra's homepage is until just now. Most of the other organs I've checked either toss everyone under a generic "Nijisanji EN" header or only show off their wave and nothing else, but Petra's got a full collection (minus Yugo and Zaion) AND took the time to sort everyone into sensible groups. Good on her!

Niji has admitted to making skinwalker tweets in Selen's termination notice, when they announced that they had suspended Selen before "Selen" made those last two tweets regarding Selen's hospitalization. While you are correct in guessing that Petra is in uni, the tweets by "Petra" are not worth the paper they're written on as proof of employment.

I'm a little more worried about Kotoka, though. She's been silent for longer then Petra has, and she's also privated nearly all of her membership content. There was activity on her twitter account around the time AR Live was broadcast, but those recent-ish tweets by "Kotoka" are as worthless as the tweets by "Selen" and "Petra."
They're both almost certainly already on their way out; but I expect Kotoka to leave sooner, I expect her departure to be a termination, and I also expect her termination notice to be at least as slanderous and mean-spirited termination notice as Zaion's was. Petra will at least get a nominal "graduation" like what Yugo and Gundou got, if not a proper graduation; but she's gonna leave Niji this summer regardless of how.

You might be right, especially since it's exam season.
That being said, exams are typically a yearly recurrence; unless Petra is in the habit of taking huge breaks around this time of year, I think we can safely assume her workload isn't so overbearing that it prevents her from being able to make content for such a long period. Something else is going on here.
My personal shot-in-the-dark rrat is that the drama torpedoed her morale and she simply can't find the motivation to stream anymore, other than doing stuff she's obligated to like the 3D debut. Sure, technically she COULD stream more, but there's only so many hours in a day and she probably just feels like her time is better spent on other things right now.

ADDENDUM:
Next week is not only the end of Q4, but also a very short trading week. It's Golden Week, and the TSE will be closed on 4/29 (Mon), 5/3 (Fri), and 5/6 (following Mon) for holidays. If graduations and terminations are to resume next week because they will no longer impact the Q4 and FY2023 revenue numbers, then there are a few dates and times to be on the lookout for:

- 4/30, 1500 JST - the end of Q4 and FY23 trading. Anything which happens over the next 9 hours will still happen in Q4 of FY23, but will not effect the Q4 or the FY23 stock value
- 4/30, 2359 JST - the actual end of Q4, and of FY23
- 5/1, 1900 JST - no particular importance as far as the stock market is concerned, but that time is 0300 PDT, which is the usual time they publish termination notices
- 5/1, 2000 JST - as above, but assuming that management did not set their clocks forward for daylight savings time, either due to incompetence, or due to a prohibition from the home office (because Japan does not have DST)
- 5/2, 1500 JST - when the TSE will close for the upcoming four-day weekend; the only four-day weekend of the year, and the last long weekend until Marine Day on July 15 (Mon). Any fuckery they do at that moment which could have an adverse effect on the stock price, will not have an adverse effect on the stock price for 114 hours - plenty of time for the investors to cool their tempers

Assuming anyone at all will get fired or have their graduation notices published next week, they have up to 16 sacrificial lambs to choose from. The following are "safe" from getting the boot next week:
- The Luxiem and Noctyx boys, because of course (although Fulgur might get culled at branch closure, to punish him for going on PL to tell people Scarle was safe and/or to deny the girls they will cull the ability to file a sex discrimination lawsuit over the culling)
- Elira, because of course
- The Krisis boys, because they have a show in Seattle coming up
- Anyone set to appear in Reimu's 3D debut on 5/4, including Enna and Millie
Also worth noting is that even if any or all of the Ethyria girls are in the queue, none of them will graduate before June 2. They had been scheduled to appear at Offkai on May 31/June 1; obviously their appearance has been cancelled, but the fact that they had been scheduled in the first place means they are NOT scheduled to leave Niji before then.

Just realized that that is the first long weekend after the Q4 report is published. I don't know if the annual meeting is before or after Marine Day; but if it's before, then the EN talents should mark 7/12, 1500 JST, on their calendars.
If the July meeting is after Marine Day, then the first long weekend afterwards is the Mountain Day holiday on 8/12 (Mon); in which case 8/9 at 1500 JST will be a potential candidate for Culling Day (assuming the investors allow Riku to wait that long before giving EN the axe).
