The kizunai era is both vastly overrated and something that barely if even factors into the success of modern vtubing. Outside of a few outliers like Luna,almost all OG vtubers where just stale corperate mascots with a cookie cutter personality and standard clickbait content. Vtubing didnt really get good until the personal touch and uniqueness of streaming came to the medium, and by then the 4 heavenly kings were already on their way out.

we don't have a queen anymore. The 4 heavenly kings era was a legendary era where power was centered among a small group until each one fell apart from internal corruption. Small groups would rise but would never be able to match them.
