Since Yagoo said he wanted Hololive Productions to go past the Idol label and be at a Disney like level of making multiple things? what should the next form of entertainment for a new branch be? Keep in on a Japanese level for now

Stuff like chuuba Vidya for now sounds good but I'm kinda curious as to what exactly happens if a talent gets terminated, do they remove all of their stuff from your game account?, I thought about this deeply back when HoloEarth was shown, because for example, I can guess that anything Mel related got removed, anything Rushia related was likely fully purged if there was any trace of it.

They also can't exactly just add more bloat characters like Gachas or some other live service games do when new content is needed, because any sort of addition would also need to be a new VTuber.
Also, if part of the story centers around someone and that talent gets terminated or graduated, what do they even do with it?, remove the entire main story?, remake it at a loss?, very confusing to think about it, I mean, I doubt FBK would say sayonara anytime soon but some other talents is not exactly guaranteed.
Also, the issue that the characterization in-game and stream-related is wildly different, can you imagine if you are a random dude who likes anime and start playing a theoretical Holo Gacha, find Akai Haato cute in-game and then decide to go check her stream and she's spelling ESL English while cooking a bug and cussing?, what do you even think after such whiplash?, would you still support?

These are concerns I've also had. Particularly, your point on graduated talents. That I believe, is the biggest point of contention for a coherent narrative and maybe even minor game mechanics (say for example a character like Choco is made an NPC with a health kiosk on every map). I think in order to minimize any disruptions to the main narrative we can assume that Hololive confirms with members through contracts that entail more than the typical 1 year of employment. Terminations would then become the greatest danger.

On your first point, I think HoloEarth would allow you to keep any in-game purchases, but the content would no longer be sold. I think the only way they would completely wipe any purchases would be if for example a member was terminated for killing someone or was caught smuggling kilos of cocaine into the offices.

There will no doubt be some level of disconnect in between the in-game characters and their real on-stream personas. I think that will depend how much they allow the members to get involved (for example maybe the EN and ID members might be completely different characters while the active JP members will be almost 1:1). Chances are it might not be a problem if people decide they still like the characters regardless of which version. They'll probably still buy merch. It's not like everyone who buys Gura merch actually watches her, they just like the idea of Gura.
