Because they pretty much never unilaterally remove a talent's reservation from the 3D studio schedule. The studio is in Japan, and there are a lot of JP talents that want to use it, so that leads to 6 months to a year of waiting for non-JP talents.

You seem to be unable to read. I was very specific in stating "for the original", i.e. for the one that was supposed to be in April 2023, and NOT for the current one, for which everybody save Pomu recorded their part.
Indeed, OBSYDIA recorded for AR Live with everybody else late last year, when all of S1 was unceremoniously flown to Japan and then back with almost none of the talents even announcing a break at all. They just stopped streaming and then popped up in Japan, which -- surprise surprise -- is almost the same thing they did in February.

That's what everybody was asking them when it happened, yes. The answer, as is clearly evident a year later, is that management is grossly incompetent and greatly underestimated how much planning and logistics were involved in such an endeavor.
