The conditions under which Myth debuted were so perfect that no other vtuber group will ever be able to replicate their initial success. Putting aside her experience as a content creator, she was also incredibly lucky to get that extremely marketable cunny design. Gura literally had no competition in that department. Once she rose to the top, everything from there on was just one big-ass loop of "I am popular, so people talk about me and the company shills me everywhere, and I become more popular because of that". All she had to do was avoid yabs, and that's exactly what she did.
It would be fair to note that a similar thing happened to HoloJP. After Sankisei, Hololive released 3 new gens (4 if you count regloss), but only 1 individual out of all those people could compete with 3rd gen and other top holos like Subaru and Aqua. That person was Coco. While her regular CCV wasn't that high when she graduated, she remained one of the top money printers till the end. La+ had good CCV (~20k) when she started, but quickly fucked everything up. It may legitimately be impossible to become a 15-20k+ CCV chuuba if you didn't debut in 2020 or earlier years, and that's regardless of your company, design or talents.

There's no way youtube doesn't have region based ad money, because common goods in first world countries turn into expensive luxury goods in third world countries and therefore the expected amount of purchases would be lower. Naturally, they would instead have region-based ads for third world products, and pay a third world rate accordingly.
